Tips to Stop Biting Your Nails


       Apply garlic on your nails... garlic will strengthen your nails and when you bite them it will taste so bad that you would not want to bite them again...
       play with stress balls or coins....keep your hands busy
       Chewing gum helps too... chewing gum will keep your mouth busy and you won’t bite your nails...
       Biting nails is the sign of stress...stay away from things that annoy you or stress you out...I know it is easier said than done... but try to divert your mind... avoid such situations...
       Pretty nail art is another way... you wouldn't want to ruin your nail art would you? Keep your nails polished...
       Fake nail- wear fake nails or acrylic nails. You won’t be able to bite your natural nail
       Keep a small nail clipper to remove hand nails so that you don’t bite them off.
       There are some polishes out in the market that are specially designed for nail biter which taste really bad... that will help you keep your nails out of your mouth...
       above all if you wouldn't try it and help yourself no one can... so tell yourself you would not bite your nails...promise yourself... and then try to keep that promise...
       I know it is hard sweetheart but if you try after a month or less you might get rid of this habit...
